Two technicians assisted five families; checked 8 car seats in Forks (2 of those 8 were installed correctly).
Three car seats were provided to families.
The community has already requested a repeat event!
A church youth group helped with weighing and measuring the children, keeping them safe and occupied while the parents received education on proper seat use. The kids were entertained with ‘fishing’ in our pretend pond. (catch a fish, win a prize) and face painting. They made popcorn and served hotdogs and watermelon.
