WA CPS MINI-GRANT PROGRAM

CURRENT MINI-GRANT RECIPIENTS and all CPST Instructor/Proxy providing services

This is a reminder to all current mini-grant recipients of the deadline for submitting reimbursement documents.

JULY 20th	All invoices for goods received or services performed on or prior to June 30th, must be received by Cesi Velez, Project Manager.
OCTOBER 20th	All invoices for goods received or services performed between July 1st and September 30th, must be received by Cesi Velez, Project Manager.
SUBMIT PERIODIC INVOICES FOR REIMBURSEMENT AS DELIVERABLES ARE MET OR SERVICES PROVIDED.

MINI-GRANT PROPOSALS FOR FY2024 and CPST INSTRUCTOR/PROXY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Your proposal is being evaluated and an email announcement will be received by October 1, 2023.

As previously stated, attending the pre-application webinar is a requirement for all proposed agencies.

If you plan to be part of a CPST Instructor Team, provide seat sign-offs, teach an awareness class, or CEU session; you MUST also attend the pre-application webinar. The session reviews how to complete invoices, travel expenses, what meals are covered, mileage requirements, etc. I will no longer accept incorrect invoices as time does not allow for me to correct mistakes before processing for payment.

I will be reviewing the attendee list of the pre-application webinar before sending approval of proposals. Be sure you (or your agency) have attended.
